Join us for another round of Napa’s signature limpia circles- we will learn about the significance of the limpia/spiritual cleansing rituals from a Mexican curanderismo perspective and Napa will guide the group in a self-limpia ceremony. Prepare to release old energy and patterns and open ourselves to healing and new blessings to as we welcome the Spring Equinox!  Come dressed in comfortable clothes with warm layers and please bring a small blanket/scarf or rebozo.

Limpias are a spiritual practice used in many cultures indigenous to this continent, especially in Mexican curanderismo/folk medicine. Limpias are typically done with fresh plants, flowers, prayers and intention. Tradtitionally limpias are perfomed to heal  emotional and spiritual imbalances, or after acute shock and trauma to support the spirit and emotional body. Limpias can support during major life transitions, to help shed stagnant energy, and to call in healing and clarity when needed. It is a beautiful process that helps one release emotions in a safe space with the guidance of plant spirits and ancestors.
